BEFORE YOU BUY
Check your vehicle’s wired connection first. A USB port alone does not confirm compatibility.
Factory Android Auto is not required. With factory-wired CarPlay, a compatible Android phone can use wireless Android Auto.
Turn off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on a compatible iPhone, connect by USB data cable, and confirm CarPlay launches. Wired Android Auto alone or wireless-only CarPlay is not enough.

Connect directly to USB-A, or use the included USB-C adapter for your vehicle’s data port.
Connect the adapter to your vehicle’s USB-A data port.
Attach the included USB-A female to USB-C male adapter, then connect to the USB-C data port.
AIRPLAY + MIRACAST
Bring supported personal content to the vehicle display while parked. Factory-wired CarPlay is required. Availability depends on the phone and content; screen examples are illustrative.
A MOMENT TO SET UP
These steps cover wireless CarPlay and Android Auto. Screen mirroring uses its corresponding mode. Set up while parked.
Use the direct connection or the included adapter shown in the module above.
Enable both in your phone’s settings and keep them on while you use the adapter.
Choose the matching device in Bluetooth and confirm pairing. The last four characters correspond to your adapter.
On iPhone, choose Use CarPlay when prompted. On Android, follow the Android Auto setup prompts.
The local Wi-Fi connection is established automatically. Use one phone at a time.
No. All four functions require factory-wired CarPlay via USB. Wired Android Auto alone is not enough, and wireless-only CarPlay is not compatible.
No. A car with factory-wired CarPlay via USB can use wireless Android Auto with a compatible Android phone, even without factory Android Auto.
